Mini-Split Maintenance 

Like any complex piece of equipment, your Mini-Split system will require maintenance, cleaning, and upkeep! Powers Guaranteed Services is now offering annual and semi-annual Mini-Split Planned Maintenance Agreements in addition to our Mini-Split Installations. Services include:

Airflow

  • Remove and clean the air filter in the indoor air-handling unit
  • Inspect outdoor cabinet for airflow obstructions

    • Increase the Lifespan of Your Unit

  • General electrical system wiring and contacts will be inspected for wear and/or loose connections

    • Cleaning

  • Deep clean coil on indoor & outdoor units to remove debris and contaminants
  • Treat system with a cleaning solution that will help prevent mold and mildew growth

    • Refrigerant

  • Inspect refrigerant lines, coils, and flare connections

    • Drainage

  • Condensation drain lines will be cleaned & inspected for proper drainage
